Having done the UX/UI Design of the Korzo theater website back in 2019, which was mentioned on Dutch Digital Design, Communication Arts Web Picks and received an Honorable Mention on Awwwards. We had the opportunity to review and optimise the website by conducting interviews, analysing website usage with monitoring tools, and workshops with the marketing team. This resulted in new findings and made us rethink the designs we made two years ago. Also the use of a new system for the sale of tickets gave us some new opportunities to improvise the journey.
