While working at Het Echte Werk I had the opportunity to work on the UX/UI design of the eCommerce platform of Vrijbuiter. I was made part of their internal eCommerce team and helped formulate their eCommerce strategy. With their new rebranding we set out to craft a personalised experience for the different target audiences.
With thorough research in hand, we conceptualised findings into easy and smart interactions and information throughout the customer journey to help the consumer find the right product. Having over 30k of products on offer, this was quite the challenge.
